The COVID-19 pandemic has laid bare just how essential child care is to our economy and our society, caring for the children of people who keep our society running. People are realizing what we already know: we are essential workers. But, we need real financial support to keep going.
Child Care Providers United is delivering letters to Senator Harris and Senator Feinstein asking them to vote yes on the HEROES Act, which provides $12.15 billion in funding to provide child care or adult care services for essential workers.
