The COVID-19 crisis is revealing how precarious our child care profession truly is and how child care providers’ voices can be left out of the conversation. That’s why we’re organizing our union with Child Care Providers United — giving us the ability to negotiate together for permanent improvements for our profession. We’re uniting across California--Black, white, Latino and Asian,– to demand the ability to negotiate together for permanent improvements for our profession so our child cares survive–and thrive.Â
Now more than ever, we have to come together and make our voices heard. If you haven’t already, will you join Child Care Providers United and pledge to vote YES in our upcoming election?
