The COVID-19 crisis is revealing how precarious our child care profession truly is and how child care providers’ voices can be left out of the conversation, even though we are — and have always been — essential workers. That’s why we’re organizing our union with Child Care Providers United — giving us the ability to negotiate together for permanent improvements for our profession.
